Nexgen Automation recently completed this project for State College Area School District.  This LEED Platinum-certified facility provides flexibility to accommodate any changes to its use over the next two decades.  Classrooms are organized as educational “houses” that facilitate quick movement and allow for small-group instruction, faculty support, and storage.

The Rise Student Housing

The Rise Student Housing

 State College, PA   

Nexgen Automation successfully completed this new construction project for the Rise. The Rise Student Housing is a 12-story building in downtown State College, PA – one of the largest and newest buildings in the downtown area. The building was designed to provide residential housing for 570 students.
